DANCE CART CONCERT

At school all of the classes showed the dance that they have been practicing for Dance Cart.All of the classes did a great job and the prep and year 1 classes did great to keep time with the music.I think this is a great way to do exercise.

SHAPES

In class we are learning about shapes.My group is learning about Trapeziums.Abouve you can see a bubble us if you want to make a bubble us about shapes this is the is what you type in the address bar.www.bubbleus.com. This is a great way to learn about shapes and it is great fun.

CLASS CAPTAIN

At home I am reading a book called CLASS CAPTAIN. It is a very funny and interesting book. My favorite charicter is Holly because she was the class captain. My least favorite charicter is Oscar because he is very mean. I think this book is a great book for anybody to read and it's an easy read.

FAMILY MATHS CHALLENGE

For homework this week we did a family maths challenge I will ask you the question and then I will show you how I worked it out. Danielle found 23 eggs. She smiled broadly because she had found eight more eggs than Chris and Danielle combine. Steven found half as many eggs as Jenny. How many eggs did each child find? How many all together? now i will tell you how I figurd it out.

Danielle She had 8 more eggs than Chris so I do a subtraction 23-8=15
23 eggs Which leaves Chris to have 15 eggs

Chris Jenny had found Danielle's and Chris's amount of egg combined
15 eggs so i do a multipication 23+15=38

Jenny
38eggs

Steven I just halved the amount of eggs that Jenny found so I do division
19 eggs 38 divided by 2 = 19

DANCE CART

At school we do dancing.All of the classes do their own dance with the teachers.It gives everybody a chance to join in and have a dance and even better it gives you lots of exercise.I think this is a great thing that you could do at your school.

In Religion today we read the bible and we got a part of a story we did the value of it. Me and my partner did wisdom,knowledge and faith and than we did a picturetrail for it.

MARLEY AND ME

I think this book is very very funny.My favourite character is Marley because he is always making a big mess.I think anybody can enjoy this book and its an easy read.
